About Surgery Center!

Penile enlargement is a surgical technique used to lengthen or widen the penis. Approximately one-third to one-half of the penis is inside the body, internally attached to the undersurface of the pubic bone.
Penis lengthening is a process requiring the release of the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament that attaches the two erectile bodies to the pubic bone. The suspensory ligament causes the penis to arch under the pubic bone; by releasing this ligament, the penis is able to protrude further out and on a straighter path, thus giving the penis a longer physical appearance. With the penis outstretched, the ligament is divided close to the pubic bone until all midline attachments have been freed. Once these ligaments have been cut, part of the penile shaft (usually held within the body) drops forward and extends outward, enlarging the penis by 2-3cm. After surgery, a component of the postoperative treatment includes the stretching of the penis in order to prevent the severed suspensory ligament from healing shorter than it previously was. These procedures are considered outpatient surgeries.
A penile enlargement surgery center is a licensed facility that is not part of a hospital, but may also be Medicaid/Medicare certified. The primary purpose of this type of facility is to provide effective, outpatient surgical care.

The male is often troubled by concerns that his penis is not large enough to satisfy his partner or himself. He is ashamed to have others view his penis, especially in the flaccid state. Such concerns might be unfounded in reality and might be a presentation of social anxiety or some other clinical problem, such as erectile dysfunction.
